
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the product delivery. Return Requests can be initiated through the tracking page of Shiprocket. All returned items must be new(All Tags must be intact) and in an unused condition.
Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the availability of the service in your area pin code. Logistic charges can be applied for certain requests
Issues in quality/quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can't be canceled once it's shipped, however, if the product is eligible for return, you can return the same under our return policy.
Refusing to accept your order at your doorstep will be considered a return & refund will be issued as per return policy.
You can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the My Account page or by contacting customer support.
REFUNDS
All accepted refunds are expected to be processed within 4-5 days after we receive the product.
